Spicy Spinach & Udon

You’ll Need
4 big handfuls spinach
Udon
Lemon
1 table spoon soy sauce
1/2 table spoon red pepper flakes
Olive oil

Now What
Boil water
Cook udon 5 minutes
Drain & set aside
In skillet add olive oil
Add spinach
Squeeze lemon
Add pepper flakes
Remove from heat after 2 minutes
Add udon & soy sauce

Enjoy!

Mix Dijon, Balsamic & Olive Oil until smooth
Combine & Enjoy

Easy Cheezy Mac
It’s a leftover moment gone gourmet
You’ll Need
1 1/2 cups leftover pasta or new pasta if you’re fancy
1 avocado (don’t be afraid to go whole!)
1 teaspoon dijon
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1/2 tablespoon earth balance
1 teaspoon chilly powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Now What
Combine everything in medium sauce pan
Stir constantly until heated
Enjoy!

Easy Cheezy Mac

It’s a leftover moment gone gourmet

You’ll Need

1 1/2 cups leftover pasta or new pasta if you’re fancy

1 avocado (don’t be afraid to go whole!)

1 teaspoon dijon

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast

1/2 tablespoon earth balance

1 teaspoon chilly powder

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Now What

Combine everything in medium sauce pan

Stir constantly until heated

Enjoy!

2 cups almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Now What
Heat Ezekiel & Almond milk over medium heat. Stir constantly until thickens.
Add vanilla & cinnamon & stir
Remove from heat & enjoy.

You’ll Need
1 Handful of rice noodles
1 Tablespoon almond butter
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/4 red bell pepper
Chilly powder
Red pepper flakes
Now What
Boil water. toss rice noodles in. remove from heat after 5-8 minutes
Blend the rest of ingredients together
Drain rice noodles and combine with sauce
Combine in sauce pan and warm together for 3 minutes
Enjoy!

Chilly powder

Boil water. toss rice noodles in. remove from heat after 5-8 minutes

Blend the rest of ingredients together

Drain rice noodles and combine with sauce

Combine in sauce pan and warm together for 3 minutes

Enjoy!

with all ingredients except coconut oil and nutritional yeast

Been wanting to recreate this since I tried it in the markets in KL. This is no where close to as good as the original, but I’ll take it! 
You’ll Need
Rice noodles
2 heirloom tomatoes
1 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chilly powder
1 teaspoon chilly flakes
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Now What
Prepare rice noodles
Chop heirloom tomatoes
Combine and stir all other ingredients for a sauce
Mix together & Enjoy.

You’ll Need
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk

Blend

Roasted Pumpkin Soup
You’ll need
1/2 white onion
1 small pumpkin
1 cup coconut milk
3 cups water
tumeric
sea salt
red pepper flakes
Now What
roast whole pumpkin in oven for 30-50 minutes until tender
cut and peel off skin and scoop seeds and set aside
place seeds on cookie sheet, cover in tumeric, sea salt & red pepper flakes. bake for 20 minutes
chop onion and add to 1 table spoon of olive oil in a sauce pan 
simmer onions for 3-5 minutes over medium heat
add pumpkin to sauce pan
add water and spices
bring to boil and lower to simmer for 15 minutes, stir every so often
add coconut milk
stir and simmer for 5 minutes
remove from heat and blend
top with pumpkin seeds
Enjoy!

You’ll Need
1 hearty slice of your favorite bread
1/2 avocado
1/2 inch hot pepper sliced in 
1/4 lemon for squeezing juice
1/4 table spoon curry paste
1/4 table spoon tomato paste
Now What
Combine paste(s) 
Chop peppers
squeeze lemon into mixture & stir
Apply misture to toast
Mash avocado and top
Sprinkle with hot pepper 
Enjoy!
