Energizing Sprouted Crunch Lunch!
This simple and quick preparation will leave you feeling sustained and energized all day long. And it’s so yummy to eat too!
You’ll need
1 cups quinoa (prepared)
Fresh organic spinach
1 orange organic pepper
1/2 cup organic hummus
gluten free sprouted bread
1 avocado
1 lemon
Now What
combine hummus, quinoa, spinach
chop orange pepper & add to mix
toast gluten free bread
spread fresh avocado on bread
squeeze fresh lemon over everything
Enjoy!

You’ll Need
handful of wild rice cooked
1 yellow pepper
handful of arugula
couple table spoons of hummus

Kale Olives Tomatoes & Avocado Salad for Breakfast!
Massage Kale in fresh squeezed lemon juice and a bit of olive oil
add avocado, tomatoes, and olives
mix it up
eat it up!

Why wait till lunch to fill your body with the super goodness of greens.  Bagels and muffins will give you a burst of energy and then drag you down like a dead weight for the rest of the morning and afternoon leaving you feeling dull, sluggish, and longing for some more sugar and garbage to pick you back up again mid-day!  Break the cycle and try something radical! Start the day with a salad!

Breakfast Salad
Handful of kale
1 avocado
4 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cucumber
dash of olive oil
dash of salt (if you like)
combine and mix it all up (with your hands it leaves you feeling good and accomplished more than a spoon!)
enjoy! and enjoy even more the lasting energy!

Stuff You’ll Need
Handful of chick peas
1 avocado
1 carrot
A small handful of fresh mint leaves
1 table spoon salsa
A dash of olive oil

What to Do
Cut carrots thinly into slices
Cut mint leaves into small pieces
Combine avocado with chick peas
Mash avocado into chick peas so it’s more like a dressing than chunks
Add carrots and mint to the salad
Stir in salsa and olive oil
Add a dash of salt and pepper if you want.

Eat it up!
