The juice queen and my friend NY Times Best selling mega author, crazy health rock your world changer, and all around rad human, Kris Carr is having a 25% off sale on her super simple to digest (he he) guide to juicing and smoothie making.
I met Kris a couple years back on a video shoot. I was asked to interview some super inspiring people so I used it as an excuse to see if I could meet Kris. I saw her for the first time when she was sitting in hair and makeup, obviously not needing a brush stroke on her glowing skin, and I slushed my feet like a bashful Charlie Brown (super nervous) on over to her. She was so sweet to me and I was just plain happy to be hanging around her. She’s helped so many people find a way to health and happiness since she was diagnosed with stage IV cancer at age 31. Kris took her life and her health into her own hands and in the process, ignited the world to live a plant passionate life.
Kris mailed me a juicer the very next week. The sweetest, best gift ever! I know people use the phrase, “this person changed my life” a lot, and I don’t mean to throw that phrase around lightly, but Kris Car changed my life for real yo! She empowered me to be comfortable in my kitchen, juicing, blending, cooking, and sharing what I learn with friends and family.
Since meeting the queen of health, I’ve gotten so much more in touch with my body, mind, and spirit though eating and drinking, and must share and pass on the good word as much as I can. I devoured Kris’s Crazy Sexy Juices and Succulent Smoothies and I know you’ll love it too!
Check out my friend Jason Wachob, founder of MindBodyGreen. How did you become MindBodyGreen?
