Spicy Avocado Pepper Toast

You’ll Need
1 hearty slice of your favorite bread
1/2 avocado
1/2 inch hot pepper sliced in
1/4 lemon for squeezing juice
1/4 table spoon curry paste
1/4 table spoon tomato paste
Now What
Combine paste(s)
Chop peppers
squeeze lemon into mixture & stir
Apply misture to toast
Mash avocado and top
Sprinkle with hot pepper
Enjoy!

2 frozen bananas
6 clementines
1 cup almond milk
1 table spoon Billy’s Protein powder
Now What
Vitamix or blend it up
Try out my home made granola! It’s yummy and will make you good friends!
Wendy’s frosty with super greens! Yum!
2 heaping table spoons your fav almond or peanut butter
1 table spoon coco powder
1 table spoon billy’s infinity greens
1 table spoon billy’s infinity protein powder
a dash of vanila
2 cups of ice
1 banana

almond milk
chopped chocolate
your favorite bread
Now What
Mash everything together (except the bread)
Dip bread
Cook each side in cast iron skillet
top with maple syrup or not
enjoy!
