You’ll Need
1 cup strawberry juice
1 tray ice cubes
1 cup blueberries
4 thin mint cookies (or a couple pieces chocolate)

Vegan French Toast Delight!
Makes for 2!
You’ll Need4 Slices Ezekiel Bread, or Gluten Free
2 bananas
Handfull of blueberries
2 cups almond milk
Blender
Cinnamon
Earth balance butter spread
Cast iron skillet (or regular skillet)
Maple syrup grade B
Now WhatBlend bananas, milk & blueberries
Heat up skillet
Add a bit of earth balance butter to skillet
Pour mixture into large bowl
Dip slices of bread in mixture
add to skillet
cover with cinnamon
cook a few minutes on each side
add maple syrup and enjoy!
