Almond Butter Fudge
You’ll Need
1 1/2 cup almond butter
4 table spoons coconut oil
1 table spoon honey (take it or leave it)
1 pinch of sea salt (optional)
Mix it up
Pour it in a glass dish lined with plastic or something to keep it from sticking
Top with chopped chocolate
Freeze for 2 + hours

Apple Goodness Bake
You’ll Need
2 honey crisp apples (or any apples you love)
2 heaping table spoons almond butter
1/2 table spoon coconut oil
2 table spoons maple syrup
Cinnamon
Now What
Chop apples
Mix all ingredients (besides apples)
Combine with apples in bowl
Pour into glass baking dish
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
You’ll Need
2 cups almond or oat flour
2 table spoon egg replacers
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup peanut butter or almond butter (I used white chocolate peanut butter & it is yummy!)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil
Now What
Mix everything togehter
Pour into glass baking dish
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Test with a fork the way you would a cake
Enjoy!

Yummy & Healthy Almond Butter Fudge
Inventing my own cookie recipe!
You’ll Need
1 cup of almond flour
2 big scoops almond butter
1 little scoop honey
some coconut oil
some crushed pecans
a table spoon coco powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
Now What
Mix everything together
Scoop out in little cookie balls on baking sheet
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
let cool
Enjoy!
