Lentils and wild rice You’ll Need 1 cup lentils and rice (prepared) 1/2 jar curry 2 handfulls spinach 4 mushrooms 1 red onion cast iron skillet earth balance spread Now What In cast iron, add a bit of earth balance spread chop and add onions cook them onions up add a few handfuls of spinach stir it all up chop and add mushrooms stir it all up add lentils and rice to the mixture add curry stir it all up serve and enjoy! xo tara

Now What

In cast iron, add a bit of earth balance spread

chop and add onions

cook them onions up

add a few handfuls of spinach

stir it all up

chop and add mushrooms

stir it all up

add lentils and rice to the mixture

add curry

stir it all up

serve and enjoy!
