say you are SOOOO used to eating all the time that when you try to eat just 3 meals a day you are so hungry. Would you suggest doing a cleanse to make your body not want even just bad food all the time. Because I'd rather eat healthy food all the time rather than chips and candy. what would you do?

Hey! thanks for getting in touch. . i would suggest juicing, in addition to eating healthy foods that you love.. i’m not a big fan of fasts.. they promote the binge and purge mentality. when you add juicing and also eat food, your tastes will change to crave healthier things for you, rather than chips and candy. . does that make sense? it totally worked for me!
