Chi Chong Fun
Been wanting to recreate this since I tried it in the markets in KL. This is no where close to as good as the original, but I’ll take it! 
You’ll Need
Rice noodles
2 heirloom tomatoes
1 table spoon soy sauce
2 table spoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chilly powder
1 teaspoon chilly flakes
2 teaspoons hot sauce
Now What
Prepare rice noodles
Chop heirloom tomatoes
Combine and stir all other ingredients for a sauce
Mix together & Enjoy.

Quinoa Pasta & Heirloom Basil Sauce

Pasta

Prepare pasta and set aside

Sauce

You’ll Need

1/2 white onion

2 cloves garlic

Pinch of sea salt

2 heirloom tomatoes

1 handful fresh basil

1 orange bell pepper

1 teaspoon tomato paste

Now What

Chop onion & garlic

Sautee onion in medium sauce pan

Add chopped garlic 

Chop and add tomatoes & bell pepper

Add sea salt

Add chopped basil

Simmer for 10 minutes

Add tomato paste

Simmer for 5 minutes

Blend & pour over pasta

Enjoy!

Blueberry Mango Soft Serve
You’ll Need
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup coconut milk
Now What
Blend
Enjoy!

Roasted Pumpkin Soup
You’ll need
1/2 white onion
1 small pumpkin
1 cup coconut milk
3 cups water
tumeric
sea salt
red pepper flakes
Now What
roast whole pumpkin in oven for 30-50 minutes until tender
cut and peel off skin and scoop seeds and set aside
place seeds on cookie sheet, cover in tumeric, sea salt & red pepper flakes. bake for 20 minutes
chop onion and add to 1 table spoon of olive oil in a sauce pan 
simmer onions for 3-5 minutes over medium heat
add pumpkin to sauce pan
add water and spices
bring to boil and lower to simmer for 15 minutes, stir every so often
add coconut milk
stir and simmer for 5 minutes
remove from heat and blend
top with pumpkin seeds
Enjoy!

Pies. Baking. Business & Life.

If you decide to set aside the time, gather the ingredients, and bake a pie, don’t settle for only a small piece of it. That’s your pie, do with it what you like, but know that you created it.

If you contribute only the crust, or the dish, or the oven, then dividing the pie makes more sense. The pie is now a collaboration. Share the pie with ease and don’t be stingy for what you didn’t create.

Be honest with yourself about what you contribute and what you’re worth. Sometimes baking a pie with friends is nice and sometimes it’s nice to bake your own. 

I like pies. I like to bake my own and I like to bake with friends. 

If you are really rather talented at baking pies and you bake many more than you possibly have yourself, share your pies (before they go stale) with the world.
