Red Soup
Red Soup
1/2 Red Onion
1 Tomato
3 Carrots
1 Red potato
1 Beet
1 1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 Tablespoon of hot sauce
1 Teaspoon of chilly flakes
1 Teaspoon of red pepper flakes
1 Teaspoon of papirika
1 Teaspoon of curry powder
1 Teaspoon of salt
Now What
Chop everything
Simmer onion in medium sauce pan with olive oil
Add Potatoes and simmer for 3 mintues
Add 6 Cups of water or veggie broth
Add carrots, beet, and tomat
Bring to a boil.
Add spices and hot sauce
Simmer for 25 minutes
Add coconut milk
Simmer 15 minutes
Top with chopped parsley or spinach
Blend and Enjoy.

3 shakes of your favorite hot sauce
1 inch fresh ginger, sliced
Now What
Blend it. Get my super simple Vitamix here.
Toss it over your favorite salad.
Enjoy!

1 1/2 table spoons olive oil

3 table spoons of balsamic

1/2 table spoon of dijon

3 shakes of your favorite hot sauce

1 inch fresh ginger, sliced

You’ll Need
1 handful Spinach
1/2 avocado
1 tablespoon hummus
drizzle olive oil
1/4 lemon for juicing
diced tomatoes 
Now What
mash avocado 
combine with hummus
combine lemon juice & olive oil
spread mash on wrap
squeeze juice on spinach
wrap up
top with diced tomatoes
Avocado Toast
You’ll Need
1/4 avocado
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 shake hot sauce
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
fresh black pepper
1/4 lemon to juice
Now What
toast bread
spread tomato paste on toast
squeeze lemon 
top with fresh black pepper
Candied Sweet Potato Fries
You’ll Need
1 sweet potato
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut oil
sea salt
Now What
Slice potato
mix oil & syrup. 
dip potatoes
sprinkle with sea salt
bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Grilled Pineapple
You’ll Need
A few big slices of pineapple
1 cup rice (cooked)
2 tablespoons coconut milk
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon earth balance
Now What
Prepare rice and set aside
Slice pineapple, rub balsamic and salt on both sides, broil in oven for 5-10 minutes on each side.
Combine rice, grilled pineapple, coconut milk, and earth balance in medium skillet
Stir and simmer for 5 minutes
Remove from heat and enjoy!

You’ll Need
1 tomato, chopped
1 handful spinach, chopped
1 handful watermelon, chopped
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1/2 hot pepper, chopped
1 pita, toasted and chopped
1 tablespoon hummus
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dijon
2 tablespoons almond milk
4 olives
Now What
Combine 1/2 tomato, olives, almond milk, coconut oil, hummus, olive oil, and dijon in blender
Blend mixture and set aside
Combine spinach, 1/2 tomato, cucumber, pita and watermelon
Pour over dressing
Mix & Enjoy!
