Yellow Pepper Burrito with Kale 
What’s for dinner :)


You’ll need
1 yellow pepper
2 stalks of celery
4 stalks of kale
spicy black beans (canned organic is fine)
2 cups wild rice cooked
1/2 cup salsa
1 tortilla
How to
prepare rice / set aside
chop yellow pepper and celery
steam kale
combine yellow pepper, celery, and salsa in cast iron skillet
combine rice and black beans
simmer for 10 minutes
heat tortilla in stove 5 minutes at 200
make burrito, roll up and enjoy!

* go about your day and do it again at night time and again every morning and night time.

Keep juicing.  Keep meditating.  Start a regular yoga practice.  If you’re in NYC, get on over to Strala! We’ll set you up.  If you’re no where near New York, here are a bunch of videos to help out!
Week 4. EAT BETTER
Keep juicing.  Keep mediating.  Keep up the yoga.  Ween off the meat, dairy and processed foods.  This might have already happened naturally because of the other healthy habits you’ve started.  If it hasn’t don’t panic. We’ll start slow.  If you eat meat every day, begin by going one day without it.  Start cooking for yourself at home. Need some ideas? Here are some videos!

pinch of sea salt
drizzle of olive oil
How to
take leaves off of kale stalks
cut apples and oranges and mix together with kale
add arugula
drizzle olive oil
mix together to combine juices
